⌄The server uses strict audio-processing and resource scheduling policies. For non-subscribers, the maximum upload size per file is 50 MB. Files above this limit will fail. If the issue persists within the limits, please contact us for further investigation.

⌄Audio must be at least 15 seconds long. Clips shorter than 15 seconds will not trigger the backend processing pipeline, so please upload a longer audio file.

Subscriber vs non-subscriber
⌄Audio processing (vocal removal / dereverb) is resource-intensive, so we apply different limits:
Non-subscribers - Up to 10 vocal removal / dereverb jobs per day - Jobs are queued - Original WAV downloads are not available
Subscribers - Up to 200 vocal removal / dereverb jobs per day - Priority processing (no queue) - Original WAV downloads are available
If you need higher usage limits or full-quality outputs, consider upgrading to a subscription.
