Uploaded audio and outputs are used for processing/downloads and are deleted within 24 hours by default.

Account, billing, and support records are retained as needed for service, compliance, tax, or dispute handling.

You can request deletion by contacting support@demixr.com, except where records must be retained for legal or security reasons.

We do not sell personal data.

Service providers for hosting, database, payments, email, and analytics may process data to operate the service.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights, or prevent abuse.

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, signed links, and server-side permission boundaries.

No internet service is perfectly secure. Do not upload audio you are not allowed to process or highly sensitive material.
