Refund Policy

Demixr plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. You may renew manually after expiry.

Checkout is handled by the Merchant of Record and payment partners; available methods are shown on the checkout page.

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have not materially used paid processing quota.

If a technical issue prevents use of the purchased service, we will try to fix it first; if it cannot be fixed, we may evaluate a refund for the unused portion.

Orders are generally non-refundable after substantial quota usage, result downloads, acceptable-use violations, payment fraud, or service abuse.

Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective output differences caused by source quality, arrangement complexity, or rights issues.

Email support@demixr.com with your order email, order ID, and issue description. We usually respond within 3-5 business days.
